Article 1st. - The appendix of the closure of October 25th, 1994 referred to above is written as it follows: “NR NR E X E HAS “PROGRAM OF THE PHYSICAL PROOFS “1o Modalités of the proofs “1. Proof of race: r. “2. Other physical proofs: “- is ; “- is ; “- is to launch weight (g for the men; g for the women); “- is swimming ( freestyle, dived departure). “2o Barèmes of notation “The conditions of course of the physical exercises are defined by the regulations in force in the French federations of athletics and swimming. “The notation of the proofs is ensured by a group of appointed correctors as experts under the authority of the chairman of the jury. “If, thereafter of the atmospheric conditions, the sporting installations are impracticable, certain years indicated above can be deferred to a latter date by decision of the chairman. “The sum of the points of quotation obtained in the two years is raised of half-time per year of age above twenty-eight years among women and thirty years at the men, within the limit of 10 points, the age of the candidate (E) S being appreciated at the date of the opening of the contest. This sum is divided by two to obtain the final note of the candidate and cannot however exceed 20 out of 20. “The scales of notation of the proofs, distinct for the men and the women, appear below: |
