Issue:

Article 1st. - The provisions annexed to the present decree constitute the party Réglementaire (Decrees as a Council of State deliberated in the Council of Ministers) of the motor vehicle laws.

Article 2. - The references contained in the provisions of lawful nature to provisions repealed by article 3 of this decree are replaced by references to the relevant provisions of the highway code.

Article 3. - Are repealed:
1o the second subparagraph of item R. 110-1 of the (left Lawful);
2o the sixth subparagraph of item R. 123 of the (left Lawful).

Article 4. - The provisions of this decree will come into effect on June 1st, 2001.

Article 5. - The and the Minister for the equipment, transport and housing are charged, each one in what relates to it, of the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Journal officiel de la R3epublique fran1caise.

Issue:

Article 1st. - The provisions annexed to the present decree constitute the party Réglementaire (Decrees as a Council of State) of the highway code.

Article 2. - The references contained in the provisions of lawful nature to provisions repealed by article 5 of this decree are replaced by the references to the relevant provisions of the highway code.

Article 3. - The provisions of the Réglementaire party of the which quote by reproducing them of the items of other codes are automatically amended by the negotiable instrument of the later amendments of these items.

Article 4. - Subparagraph 2 of item R 411 01 1 of the code of the insurances is replaced by the following provisions:
“The provisions of the subparagraph 1st are applicable to the motor vehicles whose total weight authorized in charge is lower or equal to 3,5 tons, except for the vehicles and farm equipments or of public works, of the special machines and the vehicles circulating with a special certificate of registration W.”

Article 5. - Are repealed:
1o the decree No 94 1247 of December 15th, 1958 relating to the font of the road traffic;
2o the decree No 64 021 of February 29th, 1960 relating to the inspecting device of the duration of the stationing in the agglomerations;
3o the decree No 06 649 of the bearing August 6th, 1960 implementation of the item L. 15 of the highway code relating to the psychotechnical examination of the conductors whose license was

cancelled and which requests a new license;
4o the decree No 71 852 of the bearing September 6th, 1972 implementation of the items L. 25 to L. 25-7 of the motor vehicle laws, amended by the law No 43 7381 of December 31st, 1970 relating to the setting in pound, the alienation and the destruction of the terrestrial vehicles (appendix);
5o the decree No 72 892 of September 6th, 1972 for the implementation of article 3 of the law No 43 7381 of December 31st, 1970 relating to the setting in pound, the alienation and the destruction of the terrestrial vehicles;

Article 6. - This decree is applicable to .
It is applicable, except for article 4, in New Caledonia, in French Polynesia and with Wallis-and-Futuna.

Article 7. - The provisions of this decree will come into effect on June 1st, 2001.

Article 8. - The home secretary, the Minister for the equipment, transport and housing and the minister of state with overseas are charged, each one in what relates to it, of the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Journal officiel de la R3epublique fran1caise.
